I needed help moving a “new” empty 75 gallon glass aquarium tank that I had just uncrated from my garage onto the wooden aquarium tank stand in my house. The aquarium tank is 4 feet long, 2 feet high and weighed 100 pounds “empty” sitting in a wooden crate about 6 inches off the ground. Being glass it was obviously fragile but also needed to be kept level to avoid any unneeded flexing of the tank to ensure its structural integrity. I put out a request in Thumbtack and immediately heard from Lamar of “Better Than Average Moving” who was able to come out with another worker that afternoon and they were able to carefully lift my glass aquarium tank basically off the floor and move it from my garage to the aquarium stand in my house with “no” issues - this was a great help to me as this custom aquarium tank had been “successfully” shipped across the country and I wanted to make sure it made it to its stand safely within my house which Lamar and “Better Than Average Moving” did - very professional and carefully.
