We had an excellent experience with this moving company today. They moved us from Mooresville to Davidson, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The crew was professional, polite, and took great care in packing and protecting our furniture and belongings.
They were also more than willing to help with a few extra things we asked for along the way, and they never complained or rushed the job. Everyone worked hard, had a great attitude, and made what could have been a stressful day much easier.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely phenomenal. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for these Gems, truly. My move started out a bit hectic due to some logistical inconveniences on my part. Not only did Malik work with me, him and his guys were understanding, and was willing to come back at a later time to get the move done. Malik and Nick disassembled and reassembled furniture, they packed up the truck within an hour, assisted with moving a few times to storage and completed the move into my new unit, very swiftly. Downsides from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom in under 4 hours. I will never use another company again!

Usually the only time a price changes with our company, would be when the details of a service abruptly change, or do not match what the customer originally posted via their service request. nonetheless we certainly will not allow that to happen again.

Hidden Gem Movers helped us move a very large heavy bedroom set of furniture and they did a great job protecting the sellers home and the furniture from damage. Malik is very knowledgeable about negotiation and communicating to the other mover how to get the furniture out safely. We were thankful for their help.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
* There's a 2-4 hour minimum charge for all moves; meaning if your move takes less than 2-4 hours, you will be charged for a minimum of 2-4 hours.
* Each additional mover required will be $25/hour per worker. We can provide up to 4 workers on a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome them to the hidden gem of the moving industry, schedule a date for the day of move, use live switch to gather a record of commodities to be transported, then wait for the big move day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years moving experience, Certified Freight Dispatcher/Certified Pest Control Tech/Certified Distributor Damage Assesor.
