- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary based on mileage. I charge a $10 supply run fee if I must go to the store to get supplies. Please ask me what materials you will need to complete your project!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to ask for photos of the work area so I can plan my approach and visualize the finished product, and I always confirm measurements with the client before breaking ground on the project. I like to keep my clients informed about their projects so they know how it all went together future reference.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been D.I.Y.er, and recently I took a position installing TVs for a local installation company. Now I'm doing work for myself on the side as well.
