I contacted Monsta aka Hedrick for my ADT security and AT&T home television wi fi and complete setup.

I had been waiting four weeks for AT&T to do their part on TV.

Hedrick has a visit cost, but it is waived if he does the service!

Most companies charge for visit and then don’t fix the problem.

The experience was very positive and BOTH problems were corrected within the hour.

This is the opposite experience I generally have with service providers. Hedrick is my go-to for future audio video tech issues.

Everything is working fine and I don’t expect issues.

We threw a tough project at them…moving an outlet, rewiring our internet and mounting an 85 inch tv. They did a great job from start to finish. The job took much longer than expected but they stayed until the end and got it all done for us. Thank you!!
