what the customer should know about my pricing that most projects are different and require specific individual demands so I charge my clients according to their needs some projects may sometimes cost more then others. I always try to quote MY CLIENTs a fair price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process with working with the new client begins with the phone meeting. I take notes As they inform me on what type of service they are searching. Type up a blueprint and email it to the client and wait for the feedback to see if that's something that they want to go with and then after they approved the format and I let them know what the cost will be. Then we move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years of college education under my belt. I’ve worked in media/video production as a video editor, set design, sound engineer and light technician for over 17 years.
