I initially had another overpriced plumbing company look at some work at one house to clear a sink and laundry drain line about a day ago. I politely asked them to leave because the quotes they provided were outrageous. Had hired another drain company yesterday that came out to attempt to clear a clog without fully testing it. I'm now requesting a refund from that other company. They left without checking their work and didn't bother telling anyone they were done. The very next morning, the resident at this house complained that they couldn't do laundry. ******************************************************************** Action Items| Why I hired COOKes | If there is a 10-star rating system, I would certainly rate this business at that level! Would also choose all 5 values above. I hired this plumber for one job: replacing a spigot at a house. He quoted me a fair price over the phone. While he was finishing the first job to replace a spigot, I had asked him to check out an issue with another property. That is to check a Kitchen sink issue and a drain problem in the laundry room as described above. ********************************Outcome******************* He promptly addressed those issues, conducted a root cause analysis, and took the necessary steps to ensure the work was completed and tested correctly. They went above and beyond to ensure the residents at both locations were well cared for! ****Exceptional customer service! ****Exceptional work quality! ****Fair & honest pricing! ****Great communication throughout the repair process! You can’t go wrong with any of the above, and it's fair to say that the traits & core values exhibited above are rare nowadays. We will certainly continue using this company for plumbing work and have added them to our vendors list."See more

Let’s put it this way, Zoom Drain was my second plumber in two days. The first company come out and charged me for work that didn’t resolve the problem. Their solution was to replumb my 1960s house due to the cast iron pipes. Rob and his apprentice came in and solved the problem on their first attempt. My sink drains better now than it did 5 years ago. They were dressed nicely, covered their shoes and equipment before bringing it into our home, protected the area they worked, and cleaned up when they were done. I don’t care what type of service work you do, this is how you do it! Great job guys! You’ve earned a loyal customer at our home. Thank you!

Sidney was the service guy who came to fix my slow draining bathtub. From the moment we talked on the phone I can already tell he was a friendly and personable guy. When he came to my door he greeted me with warm energy and a smile. He was great to connect with and quick and professional in fixing my slow drain issue. He even did me one more favor by cleaning up my bathtub that I planned on doing myself! Even though it was a short visit, really appreciate getting to know Sidney a little bit while handling my issue. Had a simple problem, needed my sink drain cleaned out. MJ was very quick to respond to my request and get things scheduled. The service provider was professional. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I was asked at appointment scheduling and again asked by the service provider at my home, if I wanted a monthly service plan for plumbing and/or HVAC. I had already said No. so the sales push felt heavy handed. I know companies are trying to generate monthly recurring revenue, but please choose to ask just once/ either at booking or once onsite. I hate to repeat myself
