- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation about your plumbing issue. We'll ask a few questions or request photos if needed. If an on-site visit is required, we'll schedule a convenient appointment, inspect the problem, explain our findings, and discuss your repair or replacement options. Before any work begins, you'll receive a clear, upfront estimate. Once the job is complete, we'll test the completed work, clean up the work area, and make sure you're completely satisfied before we leave.

Astra Plumbing is led by a licensed North Carolina Class I Plumbing Contractor (P1).
