So glad we were connected through great customer reviews on the Nextdoor app. The experience we had with the whole Zen Windows team was exceptional. They lived up to the reviews. From the non pressure sales to the installation they were extremely professional and made it easy on us to get the windows that we desperately needed. They replaced windows that were original to our house that was built in the 1930's and we wish we would have done it years ago.

I never thought that getting new windows could go so smoothly. However, it did go smoothly! Getting a quote and product/warranty information from Mike was extremely easy. Ty brought a sample window by for us to see and touch. Erika kept us informed while we were waiting for the windows to arrive. Scott let me know when the windows were in the warehouse and then got our installation scheduled for the next day. We were expecting installation to take at least two days. Marcos and his crew got the installation done in one day and they did an amazing job. It's so nice to have nice clear windows to look through. Brian, the company owner, and Jan, a new sales rep, stopped by during the installation and gave us further confidence that we made a good decision in selecting Zen for our new windows.

This was definitely a 5 star experience. Everyone was so well experienced and knowledgeable. Ty came and advised me on which windows would be best but of course, that would be my final decision. Scott and Craig came out to measure the windows and both were very kind and experienced in what they were doing. And then the day came for the windows to be installed. The crew arrived on time. Such a nice group. They were very kind and helped me move anything I needed. They quickly were able to get the windows replaced and everything cleaned in 2 days just as planned. I could not have had a better experience!! And my windows are beautiful!!Thank you Zen Windows!!

Once you are a Zen Windows Customer, you're a customer for life. Without exception, every Zen employee I have communicated with has taken a personal interest in servicing my requests. This is from sales, installation, bookkeeping, and post sales support. They are there for you for life. This is so rare in business today. Out of desperation I even called them about a question I had on a sliding glass door that I had not even purchased from them. They researched the answer and gave me the information I needed. There was never a sign of impatience or annoyance from anyone. I love Zen Windows. They are always there for you. No lie.
