Zen recently replaced my windows. Compared to other companies that price was the best. Also they have a payment plan which helps greatly. Most all correspondence was done by email. No long presentations, no pressure. The crew arrived and finished the install in one day.

Working with Zen was a stress free experience. We used them, a few years back, to replace a deck back door to a sliding glass door and were very pleased with the result.We recently decided to replace the original windows in our 40 year old house and contacted Zen again. From the original contact person to the on site manager, the experience was polite, professional and completed to our satisfaction. Always available to answer questions by phone or email, they were accommodating when we had to push back the installation date by several weeks. The highlight was replacing 2 adjoining kitchen windows to one picture window and we couldnt be more pleased!The clean-up was meticulous including vacuuming up debris and window cleaning.The installers were especially aware of the landscaping, working around some tender vegetation.All in all it was a 5 star experience, one that I would highly recommend.

When we considered replacing all the windows in our home, we gave much thought to the curb appeal and the WOW factor for the very large windows in the front of our home. We are beyond pleased with the results of the picture windows that we opted for instead double hung windows! We are complimented almost daily by our neighbors on the overall look. The customer service from start to finish was tier one! The pricing was fair and done so with absolutely no hassle or nagging!
