- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’d like to speak with my client via text or phone to better understand their desires and budget. From there I’ll make some recommendations and then prompt them to go to the website to complete the intake form. From there they will receive a brochure of all my services and I will craft and invoice. They will be directed to pay 50% of the final total at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 48 hours before the event day. I am here every step of the way to ensure my clients have a easy and seamless experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing pop up picnics in 2020 and transitioned to full time balloon decor in 2022 after a few years of being a licensed nail technician. My love of color, art and making people smile are direct correlations with how I ended up here
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was very excited to begin offering backdrops. I currently have 6 foot rings, and 6 and 7 foot chiara walls. Clients can mix and match multiple backdrops for added depth and dimension.
