Rachel is a fantastic wedding planner. We knew exactly what we wanted our wedding to be and she worked with us to find all the right vendors for our idea to become reality. She was also flexible in working with vendors that we found ourselves and wanted to use. She not only helped us plan and execute the big picture she also took details and tasks off of our plate (like filling out what feels like the same form every 5 minutes) so we could focus on other things. She helped us navigate questions we didn't even know we would have to answer. The day of Rachel was the MVP. She was at the venue making sure our vision was executed down to a T which left me and my husband free to enjoy the day, which isn't always easy as a type A person. She checked in with us, troubleshooted any problems that came up, and was down for anything (we made her tromp through a cow pasture for photos). I would highly recommend Rachel and Elegant Insight Events.

I highly recommend Elegant Insight Events for all of your event planning needs! Rachel was our day of coordinator for our wedding on 9/17/22 and I truly don't know what I would have done without her. She was highly professional, patient, organized, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I could tell her vast experience in her field because right as I thought I had everything finalized, Rachel came up with a list of detailed reminders that I would have never even thought of. She came up with a detailed itinerary and did a great job managing the flow of the wedding. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to keep track of what was coming next. She even had to deal with some family curve balls and a meltdown at our rehearsal on my behalf, which she handled with grace. If you're in the market for an event planner, you are in safe hands with Elegant Insight Events!

Elegant Insight Events was fantastic as our day-of wedding coordinator and planner and provided so much valuable help leading up to the day of (we were married 10.29.22). We didn't expect to hire a wedding planner/coordinator and thought we had everything in place. Our venue required a day-of coordinator and we couldn't have been more happy or fortunate with our selection. Rachel even experienced the loss of a parent leading up to our big day yet maintained incredible professionalism throughout, joined us for meetings virtually when out of NC with family, and never missed a beat with anything that she did. We were not the best at staying on schedule with anything, yet Rachel could always politely nudge us along. She also helped us find more economical vendors for some of our decorations and other needs. We really cannot praise her work enough and highly recommend her for anyone considering a wedding planner.

Rachel, Your attention to detail is top notch, your ability to adapt and overcome to last minute changes and obstacles made it stress free. There wasn’t a moment where Jamie or I felt like you didn’t have everything under control. Your work ethic is admirable. The late hours you put in when we were in the planning stages didn’t go unnoticed. You handled vendor contract hiccups with grace and got them ironed out stress free and favorable for us. The schedule was on time all day. You worked amazing with our other vendors. EVERY vendor had nothing but nice things to say about you. People in our wedding party mentioned how sweet you were. All 150 guests didn’t have a bad thing to say about the day! Rachel and JoEllen, hats off to you two! Our wedding was absolutely seamless. You guys went above and beyond the call of duty. There wasn’t a moment of our wedding day that wasn’t absolutely perfect. We couldn’t of done it without you! Wish you the best of luck in all your ventures and all the success in the world!
