- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices vary, depending on local or long-distance moves. our rates also depends on how ma y men you man need as well. I would also mention that we are not the cheapest or highest as far as pricing is concerned, we are reasonable. we are not here to get rich off 1 job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
finding out what their needs are and how we can best serve them and making them feel comfortable with choosing us as the best decision they could make and of course we take deposits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
customer service is key. I feel everyone should know their craft and know people. I studied psychology in college and it helps to know people because moving is very stressful for them and knowing how to handle your clients will take you far.
