Cooking has been a passion of mine since I parted ways from the military in the year 2014. I received a Purple Heart while serving in the military. This passion of cooking saved my life, when PTSD from the military controlled my life. I came to the realization that cooking in the kitchen created a pristine aura, that became a passion. While investing in my passion, I proudly completed Culinary school at Johnson and Wales University Charlotte 2019. Started a company with my classmates/partners 2 months later. OMG!!!!! It was a great pleasure to work with Chef KD and his team. Chef KD professionalism, dedication and commitment to our family weekend was beyond my expectations. From our first conversation I gave him my vision and he made it an amazing experience. He is an extraordinary chef with purpose, passion and perfection to his craft and talent. The food was amazingly delicious and the displays were detailed with the most beautiful decorations that balanced the ambiance. My guest was pleased with the service provided. One guest wanted hot sauce and he made it within minutes and everyone wanted the recipe. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Chef KD for making this weekend an amazing experience. I was celebrating my wife’s birthday. When I spoke to Chef KD over the phone and he asked me what type of menu I prefer. I told him to wow my wife on her special day. After he asked me some questions about what my wife liked and dislike, he said he will send over the menus. He didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious! Chef prepared a Charcuterie Board with some wine while he prepared our meal. He engaged in conversation with us and explained every dish. This was our first time eating foie gras for our appetizer and it was delicious. We had lobster tail with some delicious soup for our main dish. And for dessert we had pear dish with an awesome glaze. I would definitely recommend Chef KD.

We recently hired ChefKd and his team for a small, intimate birthday dinner and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. Despite Mediterranean cuisine being new for him, he listened attentively to our preferences and completely exceeded our expectations. Chef KD did an amazing job. We had a 12 person private dinner for a birthday party. Chef KD did an amazing job creating a menu that paired great with the party atmosphere. He cooked while we hung out and slowly brought out each course which allowed us to mingle and really enjoy our time. Not to mention the food he cooked was absolutely fantastic. Every single person there was raving about how good every portion of each course was. I wish I had taken pictures to share but even without them I cannot over state how great the experience was for our party. Hire Chef KD for anything you need and you'll be happy with your choice.
