- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After an initial virtual/phone consultation, a detailed proposal and quote will be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A virtual or in person meeting is set to discuss overall vision, goals, budget and a detailed strategy and timeline is formatted. I share a very detailed Google document with my clients so that we can quickly and easily access new contracts and share progress. I am available via text, email and calls anytime and will promptly return messages if unavailable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience as a fundraising professional. I have chaired events, sat on numerous executive boards, and have been actively involved in the planning and execution of over 1,000 events.
