I am Brianna Tate a Resident of Mebane, North Carolina and a former attendee of Johnson & Wales University Culinary Arts Program. I have catered a number of Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Retirement Parties and more! I have the ability to Fry or Grill “On Site" or even bring my food truck instead of the traditional catering. We are FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED and my team is willing to provide full set up, clean up and more. I look forward to providing you an all inclusive catering experience. I have tried BetterTasteByBri foodtruck and cater experience, and every time everything was absolutely delicious! The food was always fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite tasted homemade and seasoned perfectly. My favorite item is definitely the fried ribs—they are always crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with amazing flavor. For my 24th birthday I had my food catered by Ms. Bri and it was amazing. Presentation was great, everything came out hot and I received my order in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Better Taste By Bri

The food was AMAZING! All the favors were a HIT! I can’t think of one think i would’ve wanted to change about the food , everyone at my baby shower enjoyed it so much , they have to take food to go with them & oh they raved on & on about that special Mac & Cheese 😋

Better Taste did a gathering at my home for 8 people. The owner was professional and the food was excellent. Since it was a small group they did the food and set-up. I am happy to endorse Better Taste by Bri.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $30 per person. I do offer discounts for first time customers, ask me about it today!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a consultation to discuss your potential menu and event details. The customer is provided with an invoice based on what was discussed. Once the deposit is paid (50%) the event is booked!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
