Chef Asia is a veteran of the United States Navy. She was trained as a medic and went on to work in the medical field after her honorable discharge in 2006. In 2010 she decided to enroll in The Art Institute's Culinary program to become a chef. Chef Asia has a diverse knowledge of food, and she is experienced with satisfying various dietary needs. She now specializes in in-home dining, such as weekly packaged meals to achieve your weight loss goals, family meals, holistic dining, interactive dining, and romantic dinners to name a few.

My experience with asia was excellent! The foos she made for me and my wife was amazing! I have zero complaints. She went above and beyond what I expected. Id definatley recommend her to everyone and anyone.

It was great to have Asia host a dinner party for my close friends. She was very engaging, prepared a delicious three course meal and set a great atmosphere. In addition, she was extremely flexible and available at such short notice. I would highly recommend her!

Her catering ruined my party. She showed up almost an hour late and therefore we couldn't let the guests in until almost 1 hr late. We finally let the guests in and the had to sit and watch as she set up the food table. Some of the dishes we had agreed upon to prepare were not prepared at we discussed. Portions were not enough. I had to go to Applebees and purchase additional food to give to my guests. She was not dressed in attire appropriate a catering job.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this caterer. We hired her to cater for our mom's birthday party, and it was a decision my sisters and I wish we could take back. Chef Asia was EXTREMELY late to setup, causing us to ask our guests to wait outside of the venue until she arrived... Most of them were senior citizens. When she arrived, she stated she was having "personal problems", which was the reason she was late. This was beyond unprofessional. To add insult to injury, the food we ordered was not provided as described, lacking key items and toppings that were supposed to be associated with each dish.
Of all things, she ran out of food, resulting in us having to request some of our guests to go out and purchase additional food with their own money. We have requested a partial refund from Chef Asia, but she has chosen not reimburse us for our losses. Unfortunately, we are currently in the process of considering legal action if we are not able to resolve this matter.
Words cannot begin to express our hereafter regrets, as the lack of food and service really took a toll on our mother's birthday party. Please take my advice and choose wisely: I would not recommend her services.
