- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to give a price right off the bat because I don't know exactly what the customer has in mind for my services. Alot of times my services tend to be less expensive because I was thinking of one thing while the customer was thinking of something else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I speak to the customer to get an idea of what they like to eat. From there I come up with a menu, and consult with the customer to make sure they are getting what they want, because ultimately pleasing my customers is my main goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always studying new trends and recipes, as well as creating and developing my own techniques so that I can be the best chef I can possibly be.
