The majority of the job was to reassemble very large ikea PAX closets, so if you know ikea, that was challenging task. Zak handled the challenge with ease, precision and quality. I did find my $180 price high for cleaning my bathroom, shower stall and bedroom shelving which I had prepped all for, bathroom counters and tub and shower everything out of as well as my floor. There aren’t many stairs to vacuum and a very small upstairs hall. I asked for 2 8 X 10 area rugs vacuumed which really weren't dirty and wooden floors simply swept. I had a few dishes I only wanted placed in my dishwasher and kitchen counters wiped down and that was it. I provided trash bags. I have another veey small upstairs bathroom I requested was fine not to do, a home office along with a large bonus bedroom and my son's room so those weren't done. So the pricing for what relatively small areas along with me having cleared them completely for very easy access, that's the part I'm displeased with. As someone with a lot of experience cleaning other people's homes yet this time simply needed some of my own, I couldn't imagine charging someone else that much is all. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs i'd said was fine not to do either. Cleaned well, just again overall not that dirty except kitchen had some dishes just to place in dishwasher as was. So yes, was just pure shocked when told the final price. Other than that, well done. I had already changed my own bed and sheets and everthing as well so they didn't even have to do that. And apologies for the pricing complaint but it's really just true. I was going to use their service every 2 or 3wks regularly yet if this is the charge for me already fully prepping so areas were clear and it only 1/4 of our 2100 square ft home at that, I can no way afford what I can only imagine i'd be charged for THAT already prepped as well. Anyways, thank-you and that's the only reason I wouldn't reccomend unless soneone is just super wealthy and pricing is of no matterwhatsoever."See more

Here’s the cliff note… You’ve spent hours looking for the right person to handle your repair / handy needs and you’re tired of searching. Well, look no further! If you need any type of work done in your home or office, Nile is the man for the job. Don’t walk - run to your phone and give him a call because he can get it done! Now for the more detailed review. When you receive amazing service, I believe it is paramount that you let the company and the public know. Hardworking, honest, businesses that provide stellar customer service deserve to be recognized. I just moved to a new place and needed a lot of handy work done. I reached out to Nile for a quote and he responded quickly. A lot of the work required a creative mind, ingenuity, and precision. Nile came by for a quote and took detailed notes. He gave me a rate that is EXTREMELY fair considering the level of work and detail that was required. Over the course of a couple of days Nile: -Build closet shelves -Replaced two other heavy-duty shelves -Painted 2 walls -Installed a TV panel console that looks amazing! -Installed acoustic slat panels -Mounted a TV and computer monitor He did this all by himself, working efficiently, barely taking breaks. Most importantly, he showed initiative and keen attention to detail. He asked thoughtful questions that ensured we had the best outcome for our goals. Furthermore, he was on time, patient, and friendly. He cares about his craft, works efficiently, and doesn’t cut corners. He was also respectful of our home, making sure to take his shoes off in carpeted areas without being prompted. I can unequivocally say Nile is extremely competent and I will be hiring him for more projects without a doubt. If you are looking for a handy person you can trust, go with Rusty Nail!
