- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I charge a minimum of $65.00 per hour on site or in my shop and if the location is out of our service rang an additional charge will be assessed. Very negotiable though !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to chat with the customer and get an idea of what their needs are first. Give any advice to them regarding their problem first, then if the customer agrees a service call can be arranged,.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I and my team must stay up with the latest technology at all times. We continually take seminars and courses on the cutting-edge systems and support. Many years of constant training on the cutting edge technologies.
