Sylvia and Made4You Events repeatedly went above and beyond our expectations. She met with us multiple times leading up to our wedding, asked insightful questions, and offered tons of helpful suggestions and advice. Our wedding was originally going to be an outdoor event. But, due to Hurricane Matthew, we had to shuffle all of our plans indoors and pretty much work on the fly. Sylvia dealt with the ever-shifting logistics calmly and resolutely, ensuring we and our guests had an incredibly memorable day, despite an absolutely ridiculous number of hurdles and last minute changes. We are in her debt.

My husband and I renewed our vows on July 23, 2016 and Sylvia was heaven sent. In our very first conversation I let her know what I wanted my theme to be and she went above and beyond to make sure that it was everything I had dreamed and more. She was attentive, assertive, professional and very proactive in keeping me in the loop and letting me know every step of the way what was going on at all times. She was also my coordinator and I couldn't have asked for a better team to take on that task as well. Sylvia has gained a supporter for life and she was the best choice I could have ever made! Sylvia is simply awesome! I hired her to do partial planning and day of coordination for my wedding and she did a wonderful job. She is reliable, fun to work with and creative. She also helped me with my low budget while having great ideas that made my wedding decor beautiful and elegant. With her help and expertise I felt at ease and my stress was lowered, which allowed me to enjoy myself on my wedding day.

Sylvia is AMAZING! I got married this weekend, July 16, 2016 and I could not have done it without her!! She was not just the coordinator but also my decorator and everything was Beautiful!! She hit the mark on everything and made sure nothing was missed! She is professional and on time and I never once worried about anything being late or worried about anything at all because I knew she had it covered. My day was everything I wanted and it was because she really listened and got to know me and know what I wanted and she made sure it happened no matter what. I wish I could give her more than just 5 stars because five does not seem like enough for how great she is. All I can say is if you're getting married and you don't hire her then you are missing out!! No matter the event this woman will give you everything you want! I can't say enough good things to truly describe how great she is and how wonderful she made my day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not standard pricing for my services. I truly believe that no two events are the same nor they require the same work. So I offer custom packages for all clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet all new customers in person. Does not matter how far the travel I think it is important for them to meet who they will be entrusting there event to.
