- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of behavioral issue. However, we frequently give discounts to rescue and shelter dogs, as well as during promotional times of the year. We are flexible on payment terms and can set up a customized payment plan, based on your needs. Also our company comes with a unique service, a Lifetime Guarantee, which means that we will provide FREE UNLIMITED follow-ups for the lifetime of your dog after the initial visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend frequent training calls with my mentors and colleagues, where we go through specific case studies, open forum discussions, and any updates in the canine behavior field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with an unwavering love and compassion for animals, especially dogs in high-kill shelters. I was the executive director of a dog rescue for 2 years, focusing on saving the "least wanted" dogs in high-kill shelters in the area. I, along with my partners, rehabilitated these dogs before adoption in order to ensure the most successful adoptions. The methods we used took a relatively long time and were difficult to explain to adopters. I joined United K9 Professionals to learn their philosophy and to help reduce the amount of time that any dog had to spend with us in order to be able to free space quicker to save more dogs. I am no longer running the rescue, but I am still just as passionate about animals. I love working with dogs to prevent them from being returned to a shelter or euthanized due to behavioral issues.
