FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 for the initial diagnostic. The service fee is for diagnostic and consultation and only covers 75 minutes of services. Any services rendered exceeding 75 minutes of my arrival will be charged at my hourly rate of $125 including the diagnostic fee of $150. All materials that I purchase and install must be reimbursed upon final payment. I also include a 1 year service warranty on all of my services. There is an after hours fee of $100 that includes Sundays and times scheduled after 5PM. If our initial phone call exceeds 20 minutes it will be considered a phone consultation and a fee of $25 will be applicable. Whenever I am instant booked I will charge booking fee proportional to the job hired for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a consultation. Secondly I’ll issue an estimate after I’ve fully grasped the situation. Lastly, I’ll perform agreed upon work and follow up with a signed invoice after payment has been made.

I have 5 years of experience working in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. I can competently navigate the NEC (National Electric Code) and NFPA72 (Fire alarm).
