FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project scope, materials, site conditions, and permit requirements. We provide a written scope and estimate so you can understand what is included. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed before additional work proceeds.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing your goals, budget, and timing, then review the site and project requirements. We prepare a written proposal and coordinate the agreed work, permits, inspections, and completion with one point of contact.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings more than 20 years of construction and remodeling experience, including framing, additions, sunrooms, porches, and interior renovations. We have practical experience coordinating permits and inspections in the Triangle.
