Victor and his team rebuilt my aging deck and did an excellent job. He is a great communicator and does good work. We ran into some weather issues but that is not on him or his team. I definitely recommend him.

6 days ago, Victor reached out to me about demoing/ and retiling our shower. He said he would check his schedule and let us know when he could come to give us an estimate. I reached out to him but didn't hear back. Very unprofessional! Don't waste people's time by responding to a job, making me text your cell phone, and saying you will get back to someone if you don't have time. From my experience, if someone can't get back to me about an estimate after they reached out to me, the chances of them getting the job done promptly are low.
