We are family owned and operated, and work very hard to provide our clients with the best possible customer service. I perform all inspections, taking whatever time is needed to meticulously go through every space and system in the house. I use Infrared cameras, moisture meters, 360 degree cameras (inside, outside and on the roof). I then carefully analyze and document every issue in a detailed report. Our commitment to our clients does not end until every question is answered. Having detailed knowledge of the house allows our clients to make informed decisions about repairs, avoid costly surprises, and get the best possible price for the home! I found Kenn Neill by using the Thumbtack website. There were several reviews listed that touted his expertise and professionalism. My builder had a very detailed home access agreement for their buyers that required certain documentation to be presented within a certain time-frame. Kenn responded with that information within the first 24 hours. We were able to establish the first appointment followed up by rescheduling several times; no fault of his. However, it revealed to me how flexible he was in working with us and our builder. He was there already looking at my property before the appointed time.He went through the home and asked about the floor plan. He allowed me to follow him around and called my attention to any area he thought would be important for me to view. He analyzed the home’s strengths and weaknesses, explaining them to me. He even asked about ingress/egress entrances for my disabled mother. That was definitely not in his purview. This was a pre-drywall inspection, money well spent. I will definitely be calling him back when we close. ~ j & k cheek

I cannot say enough good things about Ken! Looking for the right property inspector was stressful so of course I had a lot of questions about the process before I hired someone. Ken answered my initial questions thoroughly and quickly so I knew I needed to hire him and I’m so happy I made that choice. First of all, the man was on time! He said he was be there at 1:00 and he there before that time. Ken took his time with us explaining what issues he saw with the home. He allowed my husband to follow close behind and inspect the house with him. Ken never hesitated or seem annoyed when we asked a million questions. He gave us this neat little handbook and let us know if we had any follow up concerns to call him anytime! I will definitely hire him again if I need another property inspection.

Ken was professional, thorough, and meticulous. He spent time after the inspection going over everything he found, showing us pictures, and answering our questions. We received the report within two days and it was detailed and easy to follow. He has also stayed in contact to answer follow up questions we've had regarding home repairs, including providing "how-to" videos so that we can do some of the work ourselves.

I do not leave until all of your questions have been answered to your satisfaction. * You will receive the report usually in 24 hours. * If you have any questions before during or after the inspection please contact us.

I am a licensed Home Inspector in NC for 4 years and been repairing homes since I was a kid with my dad. Member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), InterNACHI ( International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), NCLIA (North Carolina Licensed Home Inspectors Association) and InspectorNation.
