Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: As a long-time home stager - we work with our sellers to ensure their homes EMOTIONALLY connect with buyers. If a buyer can "see" themselves living in your home, they are much more connected and invested in potentially purchasing the property. We specialize in creating 'Pockets of Emotion' for your home that creates that instant connection with buyers. Our current days on market - once we have staged a home - is 18! We also have been doing redesigns for clients since 2007 and love to work to make your redesign (or 'Spacelift') an amazing transformation that you'll fall in love with your home all over again! We have had the honor of being selected to be on the News and Observer Designer team. Meeting and working with our clients. We believe in building strong relationships with all of our clients and provide exceptional customer service! We promise to over deliver an exceptional service to our clients. And most of our clients become lifelong friends! It's been a joy.

I have been working with Barbara exclusively as the 'go to Stager' for my listings for many years. Barbara's professional skills are top notch from the initial visit to the actual staging. She is able to successfully present my listings with perfect staging - so much so that many sellers are in disbelief that it is their same home! Many sellers are very stressed about the staging process and Barbara is able to keep my client's stress at a minimum. I am especially grateful that she is so kind to my clients and they like her so much that it makes my job a lot easier. The final outcome from using her as a stager is that my listings sell quickly and for the highest price possible. Choose a stager that will save you time and aggravation as an agent and hire Barbara. She will deliver every time!

Barbara was simply wonderful. She gave us lots of ideas on how to present our home for showing. She even helped us move furniture around, told us what to take out, what color to paint the walls, and showed us several ways to make our home more appealing to buyers. I loved her and all her ideas!!

Barbara Heathcote, founder of Home Staging To Sell, is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Accredited Property Scene Designer (APSD) as well as a board member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), Raleigh chapter, and member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She also is an Accredited Master Staging Trainer for the Association of Property Scene Designers. As the owner of Home Staging to Sell, she draws upon her skills and experiences to advise her clients and provide them with the best staging solutions necessary to be successful in any real estate market. A student of Traphagen School of Design in NYC, Barbara founded Home Staging to Sell in 2007. Her focus and mission for her clients is providing value-add services - in a professional and cost effective manner. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Committed to the community, Home Staging to Sell participated in the first Raleigh Habitat for Humanity home that was included in the Parade of Homes tour in 2008. The goal of the Habitant home in the Parade was to give the community visibility into the incredible service that Habitat provides - as well as the ability to visit a completed and professionally staged Habitat home - prior to keys being given to the new home owners. Barbara is also a board of trustee member for the Eastern North Carolina chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She also contributed to the book 'Life, Work and Money - From a Woman's Perspective' (Liberty Publishing Group, 2002). We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and serve you!
