- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning: Our pricing is based on the size of the home, layout, and frequency of service. Most recurring cleaning visits fall between $175–$250, with an initial detailed cleaning required to fully reset the home before ongoing service begins. The first visit is typically more detailed and may take longer because we focus on bringing kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and high-touch areas to our standard. After that, recurring visits maintain those results and are more efficient. Homes with larger square footage, finished basements, or additional bathrooms may require additional time, so we confirm the address and layout before finalizing the quote. We occasionally offer complimentary add-ons (such as refrigerator cleaning) when scheduling last-minute openings. Our goal is to provide consistent, high-quality recurring cleaning, and we do not require long-term contracts. Our clients stay with us because they value the reliability and results. Home Repair and Maintenance: Pricing for home repair and maintenance projects depends on the type of work, complexity, materials required, and time needed to complete the job. Smaller tasks are often priced based on the estimated time and scope, while larger projects may require a brief assessment to ensure we quote accurately. For fireplace diagnosis services, we charge $70 for an assessment which is credited to repair invoices assessments are free for all other services. Before starting any work, we confirm the scope and pricing with the customer so there are no surprises. If materials are required, we will discuss those estimated costs in advance. Ongoing service: Many customers continue with recurring cleaning or reach out to us again for future home maintenance needs. Our goal is to become a trusted home care partner, helping clients keep their homes both clean and running smoothly.
