I am extremely pleased with the work performed. I had forgotten how a really optimally working fireplace should look and feel. It’s obvious this company cares about work quality and is very knowledgeable. The office customer service and follow up was top tier. I was getting a cheaper quote and spoke to Kristen and talked through the quote received from the other company, which admittedly I was uncomfortable with. The discussion with Kristen provided me with relevant information to consider. She didn’t push but gave me the time to review and carefully consider.
I would highly recommend the team.

Kevin was a wonderful person and really did an exquisite job with setting up my furniture. He was respectful and made lovely conversations too. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I had a great experience with Effortless Home Services. I hired them to replace my mailbox post and mailbox. Their quote was not the absolute cheapest but it was competitively priced, and they seemed extremely professional throughout the whole quoting process. Their formal written quote was more detailed than competitors, and they took the time to ask questions and fully understand my project and the scope of my job. So I went with them and I’m really glad I did - my project involved using a small amount of quick-set concrete which requires dry conditions. On the day of the initial appointment we had some unexpected light rain and the company was quick to let me know it’d be better to postpone my appointment so we rescheduled. Overall, I felt like the company’s mission the entire time was to do really good work and complete the project well for me (as opposed to trying to just get a job done and move on) which I appreciated. It felt like they were treating my home like they would their own. On the eventual appointment date they did a great job with my mailbox post installation!
