Fortunately, I speak some Spanish, so communication wasn't an issue for us. However, for those who do not speak English or Spanish, there might be a communication barrier. My experience was very good. Two bedroom, two bath home with dirty floors was cleaned quickly. I crated my dogs during house cleaning. The cleaning ladies were nice not to complain about the barking. I asked them to use my small vacuum because old circuit breaker here can’t handle their powerful one. I will use M&G again when company comes to visit us in June.
