Some of the good things include: flexibility with scheduling, particularly when there was a miscommunication about start time. They also brought all of their supplies.

Unfortunately, they missed major aspects of our home, including not emptying the trash in two rooms, splashing soap over our cabinets, not doing floors in the laundry and a bathroom or under my daughter's high chair, not wiping down tables in one room, not vacuuming around a chair, soap left on the toilet seat, the fridge shelves weren't cleaned, etc. It would not have even been a big deal if it was just 1-2 of these but I had to go and clean up in every room AND I had paid $400 to make sure it was done very well. She had seen the house a previous day to see the state it was in and ask about what I wanted done so nothing should have been a surprise (and two rooms were already pretty clean). *My quote on Thumbtack was $160 btw!!!*

I even communicated the issues (see pictures) and they didn't allow for any refund. Because I had to clean up after them, there was nothing for them to come back and clean. The lack of accountability when there was so much wrong led me to write this review which I don't normally do. :(
