Introduction: If you are feeling stuck in your relationships, job or personal life, I can help you get where you want to go. If you'd like to transform your relationships with your lover, spouse, family, friends or colleagues; have better physical and mental health; or need relief from stress, anxiety, and depression, don't hesitate to get in touch. I work with clients face-to-face, by phone, and over the Internet. As a coach, licensed professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist with over two decades of experience in private practice and community mental health, I have expert knowledge of psychological principles, relationship and family counseling, sexual problems, trauma and abuse, child development, parenting issues and strategies that assist personal growth. I have integrated these approaches with a complement of holistic health practices in order to facilitate successful, lasting change for people at all stages of life. I use guided meditation, Reiki, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and mindfulness, integrated with more traditional therapies such as structural and strategic family therapy as well as cognitive behavior therapy to connect mind, body and spirit, and achieve transformative results for individuals, families and groups. For me, the practice of coaching and psychotherapy is a means to realize one's potential, find inner peace, and move our communities and world towards a greater good.
