Introduction: Scars and Stripes Professional Coaching is a fact based personal and business couching company. Our unique approach to coaching is designed to help you grow in both your personal life and business. From marital issues, business stressors, to tough decision making, and business start ups we are here to help you work the problem. Our name comes from Travis’s Military background. Serving at the peak of the Global War on Terror in areas such as Baghdad and Samarra Iraq and various other places. During his Military Career he served in both Conventional Infantry units and Ranger Units including the Long Range Reconnaissance Leadership Course. It was there learning in those units that Travis learned how to coach some of our bravest and elite soldiers through everyday life obstacles such as marital conflict, budget, conflict management, and various other topics. After retiring from the U.S. Army, Travis opened several successful and some non-successful companies learning from both experiences. He then went back to coach others with their companies.
