I train out of one of Raleigh's longest standing gyms, RTP Fitness. It's conveniently located down the street from Research Triangle Park and only requires you to pay $20/month! I'm very movement and form focused. I'll work with you from the very start to correct any muscular imbalances you might have, so that you're able to lose weight and gain lean muscle mass the safest way! We'll go through what's worked for you, and what hasn't. I want to know what your goals are and what limitations you have. I'll train you through every motion and support you the entire way--from nutrition to PR setting! I'm a twin and have been training with my twin brother since I was 14. Health, fitness, and overall well being have been passions of mine for years! I love fitness, I love people, and I love seeing others reach their full potential. My favorite part about personal training is seeing people astound themselves with how much they can really do in the gym! We are all trying to live life the best that we know how. As a diabetic and someone who has gone through back surgery, I know that the universe has a funny sense of humor. We all have the power to really make positive changes in our life..even when it looks likes the universe made a bad joke.

As someone who has been physically active but never belonged to a gym, Trevor has been an awesome trainer to give me more confidence in the knowing what I'm doing at the gym in an approachable way that I've really appreciated. He focuses a lot on proper form and technique, which is great to learn from the beginning. He's easy to work with - approachable and motivating but still challenging and helping me to work toward my goals. I can't recommend enough!

Working with Trevor has been awesome. He is always at the gym when I arrive working on a plan for my workout. He’s been super flexible with my schedule and very responsive. He corrects my form/technique and always pushes me to do my best. Can’t recommend this guy enough!

Trevor was very friendly and cooperative throughout the whole experience. The extra effort he put into my personalized plans given some physical restrictions definitely made me feel valued and cared for. I can tell he treats all of him clients with respect and pretty much as a part of his family. The best part is defintely his overall communication after the workout plan was made to keep me inspired and to truly become invested in my journey towards a healthy life.
