Kiondra is an incredible trainer. I'd recommend her to anyone as he has a very wide client base and is extremely creative with her workouts. Every workout was something new, which is really hard to find when you're working out on your own. She pushed me really hard, but without me really realizing it! I was with her for almost an entire year before I had to move for a new job, and I miss her desperately. The app she uses is really useful too because it sends you regular reminders to work out and tracks your progress in a very visible way. I was able to see that I was lifting much heavier from when I started and I could track my measurements as well, which was really cool.

Kiondra is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. She takes a holistic approach to fitness that includes accountability, advice and good ole'fashion sweat. I had amazing results during our time together.

KiKi is an amazing trainer! She takes the time to assess your individual goals and creates a training plan designed to help you reach them. She pushes you beyond your comfort zone, intentionally forcing you to mentally challenge yourself. Her creative exercises are unique, fun and most importantly, they work!
