- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and fair. If a customer gets a written quote from another company that is less than ours, we’ll match their price if they choose to work with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet and greet our customer. Depending on the type of project we’ll go over what to expect during the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family built homes, since I was 10 years old I was at the job sites during most of my summers and weekends. I learned to do many things from the workers that were hired to build and work on the homes. I’ve also worked at the big Home improvement stores.
