- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are compensated on successful transactions only and work on a commission based compensation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state requires us to do at least 8 hours per year in continuing education. Last year I did over 60 hours of continuing education and training to be better equipped to serve my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew that I could do a better job than other agents I had used in buying/selling homes. And, I have a long family history dating back to the early 1900s of people in real estate in my family - I guess it is in my blood!
