Shane has been a great realtor! From the moment I met him, I knew he was going to be able to find me the perfect house! He is friendly, down to earth, patient, and overall fun to be around. I was very picky throughout the process and had difficulty making decisions but he never pushed me to fast. He is a great communicator and always made sure my questions were answered. Once I found my house, he knew it was the one. He was able to negotiate and get me what I wanted. The closing was flawless as Shane had everything lined up and ready to go. Shane even went the extra mile after closing! I had something that needed to be fixed and he offered to come fix it for me. Even after some time has gone by, he is still there to answer all of my questions! I promise that you will be extremely happy with choosing Shane as your realtor. He is not only a great real estate agent, he is an amazing person and I'm glad to call him a friend for life!

Shane is a great guy. He really went above and beyond to find me and my family the perfect home. Shane was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire home buying experience. Shane Kirk has been extremely responsive to my needs. I actually had started working with another realtor but then they just stopped communicating! I will be meeting Shane for the first time in a few days but I'm sure he will be there early and prepared.

We are compensated on successful transactions only and work on a commission based compensation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state requires us to do at least 8 hours per year in continuing education. Last year I did over 60 hours of continuing education and training to be better equipped to serve my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew that I could do a better job than other agents I had used in buying/selling homes. And, I have a long family history dating back to the early 1900s of people in real estate in my family - I guess it is in my blood!
