The company gave me a very prompt inspection and quote. They did not try to sell me a new roof and repaired only what needed fixing.

They were punctual for each appointment. Initially they checked the entire roof taking pictures of each problem area and were clear to explain what each repair required. They were quick to provide an itemized quote within 24 hours. The repair appointment was scheduled immediately following acceptance of the quote. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion by a very experienced professional who kept the work area near and clean. Based upon my experience with Five Star Roofing I would recommend them to everyone.

I've had a great experience with Shelley and her team. We had Five Star come out and work on a section of our home's roof, as well as replace the roof for a shed that needed a lot of work. Both times, the team was on time, professional, and accommodated special requests (like copper trim). Very satisfied with their work, great experience, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I ended up deciding to replace the whole roof, and went with this vendor because of their friendliness, high level of expertise, and professionalism. I loved how clean and accurate their neatly emailed estimate was, and how it detailed the scope of the work better than all other roofers who responded to the full roof job. It's just nice to see all the special situations mentioned in writing, it gave me a much better feeling about the vendor. I also liked that they were one of the only guys willing to come out and do a small repair job for me. What happens if a tree falls on my house? I know who to call for my roofing needs.
