Remove old wire racks and install new closet maid system: Very nice work. Showed up right on schedule (was actually flexible when my schedule changed the appt time), asked good questions to ensure that the job was done to my expectations, did nice neat work and cleaned up! A+

Hired Dan to prime and paint a garage. The builder left it fairly rough, and Dan did an excellent job finishing it. He also installed baseboard. The job was so well done I felt compelled to give him a bit more $ for his effort. Thanks Dan - would hire you again in a second.

We hired Dan to install tile flooring in our kitchen. We are very satisfied with the finished product. He is hard working and a very nice gentleman. We would recommend him to help anyone with projects they would like to get done. His price was very reasonable for all the hard work he had to do.
Details: Kitchen • Floor • 201 - 300 sq ft • No existing material (e.g., tile, carpet) needs to be removed • Porcelain • No; but I will buy the tiles myself

I hired Dan to install a new, permitted, 550sqft freestanding deck. Dan did an excellent job and was very easy to deal with. He showed up every day at the time he communicated, which is not typical of contractors. The project turned out to be much larger than we both anticipated, but Dan stood by the initial estimate on which we shook hands.
