- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Cleaning has never been so easy. With this team of skilled cleaners, one phone call or a visit to our website is all it takes! The first step when meeting a new customer is going over any concerns or problem areas they have. Next, we explain what they can expect during and after our service, including details of how the cleaning process works and how to care for their home afterwards. Once this is complete, we measure out where to clean, write up an estimate, get approval from the customer, then start our cleaning process. *Understands client's needs *Writes quote based on client preferences *Utilizes intake forms & listens closely *Deposit is required before booking but don’t worry this is a booking fee and it does applies to the remaining balance due after services are completed. *Cleaning technician is scheduled for the services *Appointment are confirmed within 24-48 hours ahead *Cleaning technician arrives to home or office with supplies and equipment ready to work!
