Kenneth was courteous, he came out to my property and took written notes of what I needed done and gave me a firm quote. The day of the job, he was running late, I had to go around my property and tell him several areas he forgot to do, and then not only did he raise the price of what he told me, he left a bundle of tree branches behind that I paid him to haul away, and he tried to charge me sales tax on his services! I unfortunately had to leave before they were finished cleaning up, so I was unaware about the left behind tree branches until I returned home a few days later. :-(. Overall, he did an average job.
