I had a broken pane in a single pane glass window. A&J came out measured and fixed it. They communicated effectively, responded quickly, and did the job well! I’m very satisfied and have already talked to them about another job! I highly recommend

This company is fantastic to work with. They are fair with their pricing, do quality work, and got it done quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do home improvements.

As a property manager, it is always exciting to find a contractor that knows what they are doing. A & J Workman Home Improvement has been one of the most punctual and responsive contractors that I have worked. While I am not physically in the area of the property I manage, Amber and James kept me informed through text, pictures and phone calls the progress of the project. I would highly recommend A & J Workman Home Improvement to anyone!

This guy is too expensive for a handyman. $250 per hour. Almost like a Union carpenter. You can find someone cheaper at Home Advisors.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices vary and are subject to each individual project. If a customer has a bigger project such as a remodel or flooring work we provide a 10% discount to military and law enforcement.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a customer reaches out I typically try to reach out the same day if available. If I need more information about a project I will ask all questions then set up a time to take a look at said project. After taking a look I will provide an estimate. For projects that I don't need to go see on site I will provide an estimate after I have collected all the details. When a customer accepts my bid I set up a date and time that works for both me and the customer and go out to perform the work needed.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Real Estate Companies, Homeowners, and Prospective Buyers of homes
