Was impressed with how quick and easy I could get an appointment. They did the inspection for a home we are buying and it was very thorough. People were nice and communicated well with me if I had any questions. Would recommend and if we buy another home in the future will use again

Update - Had the opportunity to work with Drew Naphy at Silk Inspections this time. He was on time and I really appreciate the detailed report that he presented - I continue to trust Silk Inspections with our rental property inspections. They have a good system going and are true professionals in this business... keep it up!We are glad we could work with John again at Silk Inspections again. Ever the professional, he was very responsive and we were lucky to get slots for two homeinspections for properties in Fayetteville we were going to purchase. He showed up on time, his reports were generated quickly and were very user friendly, especially with us being out of state investors. It is easy to quickly identify the extent of rehab required when reviewing his detailed inspection reports. He books out very quickly, so I'd recommend calling him early. We will definitely go with him again if we need an inspector!

Hired them to do a general overall inspection on a historic home that I'm trying to buy. I was amazed at John's detailed work. He covered more than expected and gave full detailed report. I'll be rexommending him to all family and friends. Amazing work. Be sure to hire him before you buy a house so you know the true condition of what you're buying. Job well done, John. Thank you!

My father is a home inspector in another state, and both he and I were blown away at the modern and streamlined experience with this company. The inspection was thorough and brought extremely important items to my attention with excellent detail to include high quality photos and videos. I would recommend this place 100 times over!

John did a very thorough inspection of a home that we were interested in buying. He gave us a complete report with pictures and explanations of his findings. He also made a point of contacting me to make sure he could follow up with any questions I have had after receiving his report. I was extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend Silk inspections to everyone in need of homeinspections.
