My house was cleaned for the first time today by A4 Cleaning Services . I explained my issues and where I needed help in my house. I walked into my house not long after A4 departed to find it clean, smelling good and some things moved around to help with my "organizational" issues. So far I am more than pleased with the services provided. She was very prompt in meeting with me, responding via text messages and messages on this forum. The price was middle range to some of the quotes I received and so far on Thumbtack. She was very friendly and personable. I used to clean apartments when I first got out of the military and was in a position where I was the one who then had to hire and then monitor the next cleaning crew after me. Suffice it to say, I know what clean looks like and I know what a lazy cleaning crew looks like. I would have no problem recommending A4 to my friends should someone I know need a cleaning service. 4 Thumbs up so far

She did a fantastic job at my home. She was very oriented to the small details (blinds, window sills, crown molding etc), open to feedback, prepared, and professional. She arrived ten minutes early, and worked diligently until the job was done. The first visit was a little longer than I expected (3 hrs) however she was very thorough and stated next time it would take her less time as she is familiar with the house and know what was taken care of last cleaning. I'm very happy with service and will continue to use A4! I have also already recommended her to a friend.

We price by square footage and the condition of a home. We also offer a 10% off referral program and 10% veteran discount program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always arrive promptly and ready to serve. To ensure complete customer satisfaction we will ask for another walk through with the client to ensure that we are on one accord with what they expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mother other 3 and the oldest of 5. I have served 10 years in the US Army and had a father that is a retired Marine. I believe that cleaning is etched into my very DNA.
