I was only able to choose three areas of excellence, but Prasan Singh was also punctual and provided exceptional value (the other two).
He (yes, “he”) was very responsive during discussions and scheduling, confirmed our appointment the day before, arrived when he said he would, did an *excellent* job, and was very reasonably priced.
