Elle deep cleaned our daughters college rental home. She was able to schedule us at the requested time we needed, was pleasant and prompt, very efficient and left the house spotless. They are on-time and did an AMAZING job on my brothers home. Nothing was missed! You cannot beat the price and the service True Blue provides. I will 100% be using their service again!

I was blown away at how clean it was and good it smelled in my apartment when I got home. Definitely the cleanest its been since I moved in. I ran into my cleaner in the morning as I was leaving and they were very nice and professional and made sure to listen to any last minute instructions I had. Not a single complaint here. Easily 5 star service.

We hired True Blue Cleaners for a move-in deep clean, but the results were pretty disappointing. At first glance the house looked okay, but once we started settling in, it became obvious that a lot had been missed. Kitchen cabinets werent wiped out, baseboards were still dirty, the chandelier and closets were dusty, and the doorknobs still had grime on them. It seemed like only the countertops and floors got a quick wipe definitely not the deep clean we thought we were paying for.The follow-up didnt help much either. The cleaner who came brought nothing but a rag, bleach, and a broom not exactly what youd expect from a professional service. He cleaned just one spot we pointed out and then stopped.That being said, every person we spoke to through phone or text was kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Customer service did take our concerns seriously, and we ended up receiving a 50% refund on the $500 service, which we felt was fair!!!In the end, while the cleaners didnt meet expectations at all, the office team was friendly and did try to make it right.
