Our rates are based on property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, cleaning condition, and requested services. Standard cleaning starts at $100, deep cleaning starts at $150, and move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $250. Additional services, including extensive pet hair removal, may incur an additional fee. We also offer customized pricing for recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning services. A $75 booking deposit is required to secure appointments and is applied toward the total cleaning cost. We provide clear estimates before services begin, so you’ll know what to expect. Our goal is to deliver outstanding results at a fair, competitive price.
