- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Frontier Painting, LLC. We believe in clear, honest pricing, no hidden fees or surprises- just quality work at a fair price. Estimates are free, we typically like to see the area in person to give a more accurate estimate, some projects depending on what it is can be given online or via text. Our prices cover all labor, prep work, high-quality materials, and complete cleanup. If any changes come up during your project, we'll discuss them before moving forward- no hidden fees, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an initial contact and consultation. We listen to your needs, answer any questions you may have, and schedule a convenient time to see the project. During our consultation visit we take measurements and evaluate the surfaces to determine the amount of prep work needed. We discuss colors, finishes, paint brands, and any repairs needed. We will send you a detailed estimate with no obligation. Once you approve the estimate, we will agree on a start date. We can also help with color selection if needed- including samples. During the prep work furniture is covered or moved, floors are protected, and surfaces are cleaned, sanded, and repaired for a smooth finish. We apply primer (if needed) and paint using professional techniques for lasting results. We work efficiently while keeping the space clean and safe. Once the work is completed, you review the work with us to ensure it meets your expectations. Final payment is made once you are 100% satisfied. We will check in after completion to ensure the paint still looks perfect and answer any maintenance questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 26 years of experience completing a wide range of residential and commercial painting projects, from detailed interior work to large exterior jobs. We have worked alongside experienced painters to master proper surface prep, repair techniques, and professional application methods. We stay current with new products, tools, and techniques to deliver lasting, high-quality results.
