HIRE THIS COMPANY.QUALITY COATS is a very professional company that delivers HIGH QUALITY painting to your home. They offer a better than competitive price and workmanship is outstanding.The company gives full attention to your job while a lot of other companies are having their crews do 3 or 4 other jobs at the same time which delays finishing your job. Quality Coats keeps their schedule and costs do not change as other companies will do once on the job.It was a pleasure meeting the companys principals employees. They listened carefully to what I was saying and saw other parts of the job I was not aware of, ones that could have caused further home damage.I most certainly will use QUALITY COATS again and am recommending them to everyone I know needing the services they offer. Gave me a quote for $2500 to paint all doors, baseboards and mud room. When the job started we added a bannister W/5 spindles on it, window seals and a 4 cubby hole storage. What was supposed to be a 1-1/2 day job turned into 3. On the 2nd day they only sent 1 painter. When the job was complete the owner said it would be $4500 because we added the extra areas and he wasnt counting the mud room in the original quote even though we spent 5-10 minutes in the mud room discussing it alone. After they left we found that they missed or skipped several base boards and did not paint all the door frames either. When asked to leave paint for touch up, they didnt even give enough to finish their mistakes. I had to fix several doors because the hardware was installed incorrectly. The owner said the price was high because he had to pay his guys overtime and he had to use $400 worth of paint. There wouldnt have been overtime if they would of sent more than 1 painter on the 2nd day. Be careful trusting the quotes from this business. If you add anything no matter how small, prepare for the price to be doubled. Paid about $100 an hour for $25 an hour quality work. The owner contacted us on the phone after the job was complete and was told of the many problems we had with his service. He did not send anyone to fix his mistakes or complete the missed sections of what he was paid for. The owner said we were begging for the work and bragging to the project manager about giving 1 star reviews to businesses, this was his response instead of having the professional curtesy of ensuring his work was quality and complete. The owner said he has a warranty. Still waiting on that warranty to paint the areas his crew completely missed. He left a 1/2 gallon of paint in a gallon paint can, he said this was sufficient to touch up the areas, which would be true if we didnt have to paint sections that were not painted. When you read this as a potential customer just keep in mind of the type of person you may be dealing with here, make your own judgement, the owners response to his quality of work is just as professional as his quality of work.

We would have gladly came back if there was anything we missed. (We do have a full warranty with our paint jobs.) I never received any call about anything negative, and have tried reaching out over the past 7 days with no return calls. You were not charged $4,500 that is a lie. The lady of the house also watched me check the doors to make sure every door opened and closed properly before we left. We left half a gallon of paint which is more than enough for any touchups since it was all trim work and trim paint. Besides the fact that you bragged to my project manager about how you gave all of these other contactors 1 star reviews, I would fight to make it right. Your estimate was on thursday and I explained that I was booked until September. You knew I didnt have an available crew to send out to do the job and begged us to help so my project manager took it on himself over the weekend to have you completed before end of day on sunday. We will always stand by our work and if it is missed or wrong we will fix it.

Absolutely amazing experience. Jack answered his phone anytime I called. John did an amazing job making sure that the color was just the way that i wanted it. They were nothing but professional, absolutely would hire them again!

Quality Coats has done an amazing job on the exterior of my home. I bought the house with much water damage and rot on the exterior. The house looks brand new. The work was done on schedule and with the highest quality.
