Pat instructs with a unique mix of institutional knowledge, lessons learned through his own experiences and success with physical fitness, as well as a whole-hearted, no b.s. attitude. Patrick is a great trainer. He will push you out of your comfort zone and get you where you need to be. Even though the workouts are hard I look forward working out with him.
