Mr. Lopez re screened my patio, and painted the front and back entry to my rental property. He also made other reports to make the property ready to show potential tenants. He started a day earlier than promised, and was very professional. His work was top notch, and made me appreciate the home all over again. So far the service provided by encore properties has been great! I really appreciate kelly being patient with me while I continued to research property management. In the end I choose Encore because of the persistence ( but not pushy at all). She followed up with me to see how my search was going and let me know she was available for questions if I had any. Once hired she immediately began working. She made a home visit, sat down with my husband and I, and went through what to expect from her company and rental services. Within two weeks max (no exaggeration) she had a tenant ready to sign a lease! She listened to my needs and wants and offered advice to help us with renting out our home. As Active Duty military, we greatly appreciate her time management and willingness to work with us with a short window. Thank you Encore property, and I will definitely recommend your services to any friends and family!

Unlike, previous managers, Mrs. Williams is easy to get a hold of and she is quick to respond to any contingency. This past Mothers Day (Sunday, 6 May 16), a leak in plumbing caused significant damage to my property. The tenants contacted Mrs. Williams and she immediately notified me.
