- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of projects are priced based on square foot. Since we do so many different types of home improvement, the best thing to do is get a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is meeting for an estimate. Once we have evaluated the scope of work we discuss design options. At this point the customer can choose to work with our designer or provide their own products. Within 24 hours of our first meeting with our clients we will email the estimated labor. The product that is provided from our designer could take a couple of days for pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training is doing the work. My different crews are specifically trained and certified in their trade.
